What is the typical delivery timeline?
Trolley-mounted ECS-30 / ECS-50 units are dispatched immediately from our Ghaziabad warehouse — typically 1–2 working days within NCR. The roof-mounted ECS-100 takes 10–15 days from receipt of confirmed PO and advance. Truck-mounted units take 15–20 days depending on chassis availability.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance with the purchase order and the remaining 50% + 18% GST against pro-forma invoice prior to dispatch. We also offer 100% advance NEFT/RTGS option. Bank: KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK, Surajpur Greater Noida.
Is GST and freight included?
GST 18% is extra as per applicable. Packing & forwarding is extra (included for ECS-100). Freight is extra as actual. Prices are Ex-Works Ghaziabad unless stated otherwise.
What warranty do you offer?
12 months manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defect from date of dispatch. Consumable items (rubber parts, seals, blades, tyres, springs) are not covered.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes — for ECS-100 roof-mounted units, installation is included in our standard quote. Shifting, unloading and crane charges are buyer's scope. Operator training is provided onsite.
Which industries does ECS Machinery serve?
Open-cast mines, tunnel drilling, quarry works, construction, demolition, cement plants, steel plants, ports, stockpiles, railcar dumps, smart cities and street works. Our cannons are also used for firefighting, chemical dispersing, odour treatment and irrigation.
Do you offer custom configurations?
Yes. Tank capacity, throw range (ECS-30 / 50 / 100), mounting style (trolley / tractor / roof / truck) and control type (manual / semi-auto / auto / PLC) can all be customised. Quotation validity is 15 days.
